The Norwood Public Schools Fine Arts Festival held every spring is a long-standing tradition – in fact 2017 will see the 20th Fine Arts Festival, displaying the talents of Norwood students of all grade levels in Visual Arts, Music, Drama and Television. Last year saw a turning point as the closure of the Apollo Function Room led to a change of venue. The new site, the gymnasium of the Savage Educational Center, met with mixed reviews. What suggestions do you have for ways to improve the Festival? Acoustics, ambiance, traffic flow, and other issues could be addressed in time for this year’s event, and even perhaps a different venue for the 20th event in 2017. Come discuss at our meeting tonight, Tuesday October 20, at 7pm in the Norwood High School library, or post comments on nfact.org or our Facebook page!
